closedDynamic Preliminary Architecture - After adding the New shape(Rectangle) and moving the Scope/Elements, all other elements are moving except the added shape.

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Click on Main and select any PI
3.Select Item Definition menu and click on Dynamic Preliminary Architecture
4.Click on Add/Remove elements button and add elements
5.Now drag a rectangle and drop it in the Grid
6.Click on save button and Drag the diagram
7. Observe the newly added element
