Breakdown Work order and PM(Spare part Usage): If we adding and deleting the Spare part details in Breakdown work order, the entered actual quantity should get update in Stock in hand details. Here it is not updating in Stock in hand field

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Breakdown Work order and PM details(Spare part usage)
3. Click on Breakdown assigned WO
4. Click on Spare part usage icon
5. Select the Spare part and mandatory field
6. Enter the actual quantity
7. Click on save and Delete it
8. Observe the stock in hand in Spare part pop window as well as in spare part master menu
