Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login as admin
2)Create adhoc audit schedule
3)Click on save
4)Select the route in Approval window
5)Click on publish
6)After publish click on Actions
7)Select the document waiting for approval request
8)click on terminate
9)Observe the status of request in Adhoc audit screen as well as in LPA schedule screen
