Block Diagram - While moving/Dragging the scope/elements, component elements are not moving along. (Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD module administrator

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Select Item Definition menu and click on Architectural/Block diagram

4.Click on the Scope/ Elements and the click on the close icon

5.Now drag the element/Scope and observe the diagram

Description

After clicking on Close icon on any elements or scope, then if the closed item is moved/Dragged, immediate child elements are not moving along.

Issue occurs in RFD/FST/VDA
