Project charter page gets flickering after adding the users in the charter page.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Go To Project listing screen
3)Click on New button
4)Select the Pillar(Which contains more field)
5)Now add users in the charter
6)Observe the screen gets flcikering

Description

When the Project charter page is filled with more fields and adding Team Members,Project associate,Mentors and Project owner will point out in the Schedule date field and cant scroll and go back to continue the charter submission. Project charter page gets flickering after adding the users in the charter page.
