Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Gage and click on New button
3. Select the Last study date as 3-17-2020 and set frequency as 1 month
4. Set holiday as Sat sun as holiday and 17-04-2020 as holiday
5. Observe the Next due date

Description

Set holiday in Holiday list(Ex :1/1/2020,4/15/2020 , 4/17/2020 & 5/1/2020 those days are holiday) Set Holiday check need & Subtract date are enable-> Gage->New->Initial schedule->Select Last study date as"3/17/2020",frequency as "1 month"then next due date showing "4/19/2020".But expected date for subtract date (enable) is "4/18/2020" Because 15th April & 17th April holiday.It should not consider that holiday date.
