Steps To Reproduce:

Pre-requisite : Create a project with 1 risk.
1. Navigate to Reports -> Project Summary
2. Select a project with risk and click 'View Report' button.
=> The report displays wrong risk count. Risk count was displayed as 2 instead of 1
