Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Functions Net, Failure Tree and EFC Tree
6. Click (+)/(-)button in Zoom Bar
7. Observe the Result

Tree: Cosmetic issue in Function Nets, Failure Tree, EFC Tree : Zoom Bar

1.If click (+) icon, the header of the Element shows middle of the Content box.
2.If Click (-) icon, the header of the Element showing above the Content box.
