Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2

3.Right-Click on New Format -> Create a New Format without Documents (Select No in the Copy Default Format field)

4.Right-Click on Format Icon -> Click on Add from Other option

5.Select 5 documents only from the displayed Documents -> Click on OK Button

6.Observe the Result
