Budget Management Report- The project listing dropdown is disabled when multi site is selected(Chennai)

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Select the Budget management Report
3. Select multi site(chennai)
4. Check for the project listing

Description

The projects created in the chennai site is not listing when the site selected as "Chennai". It is showing up only when both the corporate and chennai site is selected.
