Process VDA - Structure Analysis - While adding the existing FourM system duplicates the FourM in Structure Analysis page. But on refresh it displays only one time.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Right click on the Global PI and Select a Production Item

4.Click on the AIAG-VDA Design Menu. New window will open

5.Click on Design VDA tab and select Structure Analysis

6.Add FourM

7.Again add the Same FourM for the same operation

8.Observe the Diagram
