Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login into EwQIMS Application
2.Click on Document draft
3.Request a Draft Document
4.Convert the Draft to Document
5.Go to TOC the converted document is not listed
6.Now, Go to Document management
7.Check for Rights
8.The Rights for the converted document is not assigned

As per Jac,issue occurred due to enabling Set Document "Right by Batch process" in Docpro settings. After disabling the settings, it was working fine. So the issue is being closed.
