Breakdown Work order Request: Equipment and Die Icon-->When tries to search and select the Equipment, it shows alert like "Start Of Production Date Is Greater Than Reported Date@"

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM module administrator
2. Click on Breakdown Work order request menu
3. Click on New button and click on Equipment icon
4. Enter the Equipment details and click on search
5. Select the searched Equipment
6. Observe the alert
7. Click on Production OEE in Transaction tab
8. Click on New button
9. Click on Equipment and enter the Equipment details in search box
10. Observe the behavior
