Plant Configuration and Equipment: Activity-> CBM--> When tries to select the specification for CBM, it is not showing the criteria trigger value for saved activity. Again clicking and saving on same activity, it works as expected

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Plant configuration and Equipment menu
3. Select CBM activity
4. Select the Row and click on specification and select the parameter
5. Save the data
6. Observe the saved activity
