Design VDA - IFM - Select Route dropdown is not working properly

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Right click on the Global PI and Select a Production Item

4.Click on the AIAG-VDA Design Menu. New window will open

5.Click on Design VDA tab and select IFM

6.Click on Publish for approval button

7.Select Level

8.Observe the Route selection option

After clicking on the any option in the publish Popup, Select Route dropdown is not working properly
