Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD module admin
2.Select Main menu and select any PI
3.Create Item element and select Block diagram
4.Click on add or remove elements
5.after clicking OK on selected elements
6.Parent PI name is not displayed on the Blue outer box
