Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator.
2.Click on Main Menu
3.Select any PI and create Item Element
4.select EFC Tree diagram and do flow down
5.After refreshing it displays the flowdown element

As discussed, due to the network issues in the local its occurred , so it is not able to replicate . so changing the status to resolved.
