Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into EwQIMS application
2.Click on Actions
3.Select Pending Document draft
4.Click on Attachment icon
5.Drag and Drop the files
6.The attachments getting auto publish
7.Allow user to enter comment after attaching the files
