Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2

3.Set the Non-Default Format -> Right-Click on the Format Icon

4.Select Add or Add from Other Option -> Select the Document

5.Click on No Button in the displayed JS Error -> Click on OK Button

6.Observe the Result

Description

Main2: Can't able to Add the Other Formats Documents using Add or Add from Other option on the Format Icon

By Clicking on Add or Add from Other option and trying to Select the Document its displaying JS Error and if we tries to Click on OK Button also the same JS Error displaying.

Error: Unable to set property '0' of undefined or null reference"
