Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Gage and attribute as External lab
3. Conduct the calibration verification
4. Put the study in Pending close out study
5. Click on Action and observe the status
6. Click on MSA calendar
7. Click the study and close out the study
8. Observe the data in action menu
