3) Click on Audit schedule
4) Select the Audit conducted by, Audit program, Audit type
5) See the action

1. Based on Audit Schedule Filters Audit conducted by, Audit program, Audit type it is working as expected ( With/Without 'Supplier' as Audit program and verified)

2. Understanding from Issue Description is difficult ( if you add Screen shot it will be easy to understand)- Please check whether i mentioned in #1 is correct.
