Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main/Main2

3.Right-Click on the Format Icon -> Click on New Format option

4.Observe the Result

Description

If the User Logs On to the Site and accessing the Module and then he tries to Create a New Format then it will display JS Error but after refreshing the session without logging off and tries the same it will work.
