Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main/Main2

3.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document

4.Right-Click on any of the Cell/Column/Header

5.Repeat the Step-5 for 5 or 6 times

6.Observe the Result
