Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as scheduler
2) Click on LPA schedule
3) Create Adhoc schedule and Normal Lpa schedule
4) confirm status from both sides and observe (for adhoc audit in screen it self and for LPA schedule form Status drop down )

There is no differentiate between confirm/not confirm status for normal LPA schedule and Adhoc audit schedule.
as discussed with nikhil on this issue he said for Adhoc audit status should be confirmed only form scheduling screen it self but for Normal LPA schedule status of confirmation is from Status drop down that will make user confused .
