Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Gage and create a Gage with mutli parameter(Inhouse)
3. Click on Calibration study
4. Select the contact person
5. Complete the study
6. Click on Action from activities tab
7. Observe the Gage

Issue 1: Actions: Multi parameter calibration study details is not showing in the actions calibration field

Issue 2: Action:Last study date is not showing for Inhouse and external lab for variable and attribute for calibration and calibration verification

Issue 3: Multi site - Site name is not showing in the action screen
