Steps To Reproduce:

1. Set Server time as "Eastern Time Zone and Client date is Central"
2. Click on Gage menu(Multi site or single site)
3. Select the Last study date and observe the Next due date

Description

Issue 1: Time Zone(Eastern - Central)-DD/MM- Gages --> The Next due date is showing wrong

Issue 2: As of date is reducing when clicking on save button/copy gage

Issue 3: Time Zone(Eastern - Central) - YYYY/MM/DD --> All the study -- Next due date is showing wrong(1-3-2020 1 Month Next due date 31-03-2020) and the expected date is 1-04-2020). When clicking save button, the date in grid and the date in study (Calibration date) is changing. Refer video
