Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Gage menu
3. Click on New
4. Enter the mandatory field
5. Enter the initial schedule for all study
6. Change the frequency
7. Observe the next due date
8. Click on save button
9. Observe the as of date

Description

Issue 1: Time Zone:(All central - IST, Central- China, Central - Eastern and Central - Central)Gage: The as of date is getting changed whenever hitting the save button.

Issue 2: Gage--> Initial schedule--> if changing the frequency from month to day or day to month the due date is showing as "0001-01-01" based on the last study date
