Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into audit Pro as Scheduler.
2. Go to Module setup tab.
3. Click on business Rule.
4. Go to Approval process tab.
5. FOr actual audit make it as Yes.
6. Go to Administrator tab.
7. Click on Audit Cycle menu.
8. Create new Actual Audit
9. Go to batch manager and observe

Description

After creating Actual Audit, with tentative status, before publishing itself Lead auditor availablity email and Auditor/Auditee Availablity confirmation emails are generating. And if audit status is changed to Confirmed but not published yet, Audit assign notice is getting generated
