Gages: When changing the Frequency as days to Month and Month to day, the due date is getting changed without having the Last study date

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Gage
3. Select the Frequency as 2 days and set date as march 1 2020
4. Change the Frequency as 2 months and observe the date

Description

Issue 1: Gages and Master: When changing the Frequency as days to Month and Month to day, the due date is getting changed without having the Last study date.

Note: The Selected date should not get reflect

Issue 2: When changing the frequency while picking the last study date, the due date is showing wrongly
