1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2.Select users→preferences
3.In date format,choose yyyy/mm/dd from dropdown
4.Go to docpro module
5.Select setup→Activity log
6.In activity time column observe result
7.Refer screenshot
