Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module Administrator
2. Click on Gage and select Type as "Attribute"
3. Enter or import the Least tolerance value as "0.0000008"
4. Click on Measurement system definition menu and map the Attribute gage
5. Click on GRR menu
6. Click on New button
7. Observe the Least tolerance field
