Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module Administrator
2. Click on GRR menu
3. Click on New button
4. Enter the mandatory field
5. Enter the value in part field as "0.00000025"
6. Click on calculate button and save
7. Observe the field
