Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module Administrator
2. Click on Gage menu
3. Create a Gage with Least tolerance as "0.000025"
4. Save the Gage and conduct Bias study
5. Observe the Least Tolerance value "2.5E-05"
