Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module Administrator
2. Click on Gage menu
3. Click on import button
4. Import the Excel and select the Gage parameter tab
5. Observe the behavior

Description

Gages--> Import--> The 0.000095 value of least tolerance is not getting updated while importing, it displays error like "Error converting data type nvarchar to numeric."

Excel Related issue(Shown Extra Rows in excel)

Gages: Import--> Not able to import the Gage parameter details .

Note: If the import is not done, the system get hanged
