Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into EwQIMS application
2.Click on New Document request
3.Select Level saying DOC A attach the document
4.Now, Select Level saying DOC B and attach the document.
5.Click on Add
6.Go to Document
7.Select DOC A level
8.Blank field displays

Description

New Document Request: Blank data displays in the below mentioned scenario

  • Request New document
  • Select Level saying DOC A attach the document
  • Now, Select Level saying DOC B and attach the document.
  • Click on Add
  • Go to Document
  • Select DOC A level
  • Blank field displays
