1.Set time zone to 5th JAn 2020 02.08AM(today date is 04 Jan2020)

2.Publish the document

3.Check the date in TOC, it shows 4 jan 2020 whereas it should show 5 Jan 2020

Set UTC-12.00 time zone
Actual time now 12.57 pm,26th Feb 2020----After time zone change shows date as 25-02-2020 07.28 pm
Requested a new document it shows last rev date as 02/25/2020 and effective date as 02/24/2020
