Steps To Reproduce:

1.In Doc Pro settings, enable generate shared doc url and Enable Restricted Share Document URL

2.Check the Non itar docs in TOC, its displayed the generate doc url in context menu

3.Now disable both generate doc url in doc pro settings

4.Check the context menu in TOC, the option is still displaying
