Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as champion
2. Go to Problem solver setup part.
3. Open concern forms.
4. Add part and failure mode as elements and save it.
5. Associate category/Sub category to it.
6. Go to actions tab.
7. Open new concern menu.
8. select the category/Subcategory/Problem Classification/Concern name.
9. Click on part and search for a part.
10. Observe the result.
11. Select the necessary part and observe the result

Description
In Concerns part selection pop up, search option is not working. After selecting in manually the failure modes are not getting populated.
