In Supplier page, Template, and Risk level needs to set as Optional Field. Because of this fields being as mandatory from Suite user cant able to create suppliers.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log in as admin.
2. Go to Suite page.
3. click on System tab.
4. Click on Supplier menu.
5. Enter all the fields except the mentioned 2.
6. Observe the result
