FSR - Same dialog window is displayed while Add ASIL is done for Decomposed Function and Parent Function

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Add Data and Goto FSR document

4.Add a FSR Function and Requirement

5.Decompose the Function and Add another Function and Requirement

6.Now right click on Reqt ASIL value of parent Function and select Add ASIL

7.Now right click on Reqt ASIL value of Decomposed Function and select Add ASIL

8.Same popup is displayed
