Steps To Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Projects in APQP.
2. Create a project with task and allocate a resource.
3. Click on 'Risk Priority' icon and create a new risk without giving entry for 'Raised By' field.
4. Click on 'Deliverable List' menu and then 'Review' menu
=> The created Risk is not listed under 'Risk Category' section.
