Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as audit pro user
2. Click on Audit - Repeat NC link from reports menu
3. Select the data in all fields
4. Click on View report button
5. Observe the result

Description
Report > Repeat NC> Repeated NC Count is not getting displayed if same Non Conformity is repeated for two different audits
Ex: Audit Program : ISO 9001:2000 having 2 audits. One audit having 2 repeated NC's. Another audit having only one repeated NC.
Total count is 3 for same program. But in report only two is displayed.

Unable to verify this issue in CY-4 since the report is not showing any data (Issue #:15562)

In above case two different datas are displayed. One is showing 2 and other one is showing 3
