Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Create Inprocess schedule in Site A as given in description
3.Perform Inspection
4.Create Inprocess schedule in Site B as given in description
5.Go to Dept worksheet in Site 2
6.Click on PI
7.Schedule created in Site 1 is displayed by-default

Multi Site : Production scheduling : Operations added in Site A for a PI is displaying by default if the same PI is scheduled in Site 2
If the scheduke is deleted form Site 2,its getting deleted form site 1 also
