After attaching input via document viewer it is taking project manager as resource in the deliverable info by default.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2.Select a project
3. Assign resource to a task
4 Click on document viewer
5.Drag and drop the document
6. Go back to deliverable info
7. Check for the name selected under resource

Description

After attaching input via document viewer it is taking project manager as resource in the deliverable info by default instead of resource allocated to that task.
