1. Login as audit pro user
2. Click on "Auditor Utilization" report
3. Follow the scenario which is mentioned in description

Description

Report -> Auditor Utilization -> Wrong Count is displayed for an auditor utilized hrs

Ex: The user " Richard david" having rights on single site and audited one program . Total utilized hrs - 9

But the same auditor is audited some other program in corporate site (Used hrs: 33 Hrs). But in report the specified auditor utilization is displaying as 9 in all tabular report except program tabular report.

Unable to verify this issue in CY-4 since the report is not showing any data (Issue #:15562)
