Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS as a normal user having folder management menu rights
2.Click on Doc pro module
3.Click on Folder management menu
4.Click on the parent level
observed result:Landing page is displayed when clicking on parent level,but the loading bar is progressing for a long time, due to this unable to do anything other than level selection
