Over all route - If draft review is set for a project then document attachment is not working

Steps To Reproduce:

Case 1:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Select a Project
3. Set Overall project Route
4. Attach the documents (IP/OP/Add) getting undefined error

Case 2:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Select a Project
3. Set Overall project Route
4. Set Multiple reviews
5. Delete the reviews and see the behavior

Description

Over all route -
1.If draft review set then document attachment is not working (input/output/additional) (Blank and Cascade)
2. if multiple reviews set It is not allowing to delete all draft settings (keeping one review and rest can be deleted - (Blank and Cascade)
(if 3 reviews are set it is allowing to delete only 2)
