Process VDA - Functional/Failure Analysis - Edit FourM done in Diagrammatic view is reflected in Tree view only after Refresh

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI

4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA DFMEA, (A new tab will open)

5.Select Process VDA menu and select Functional/Failure Analysis

6.Right Click on the Cause branch and Select Edit FourM

7.Edit the FourM and click OK button

8.Observe the change in Tree view

9.Refresh the Page and observe the result
