Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EWQIMS as a viewer
2.Click on Doc pro module
3.Click on Actions
4.Expand Pending Document Drafts
5.Click on Inprocess link
6.Click on View comments button
7.Click on Draft number link/View Attachment link
8.It will open the document
9.Close the document
10.Page is blank
