Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module Admin
2.Go to Main menu and Select PI FIAS
3.click on Item definition
4.Click on Block Diagram
5.check enable automate diagram
6.Assign Row and column values in item boundaries
7.click add/remove elements and add elements
8.click on save
9.observe the result

Block Diagram:Internal Element displays as external element while performing the following description

->select in-scope element as out-scope in Item boundaries and enable the automate block diagram checkbox

->In block diagram the out-scope elements are displayed as external element

->Now save the block diagram then select Item boundaries and check the elements as In-scope element

->Finally in block diagram Internal Element displays as external element.
